Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tech Send Dispatch platform. By creating an account, adding team members, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Tech Send Dispatch is a dispatch and field-service platform that lets you take jobs, route them to technicians, track status and profit splits, message your team and customers, manage inventory, and run reports. Optional features, including the AI agent and outside integrations, are available on certain plans. We may add, change, or remove features as the platform develops.
Accounts and team members
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your password and API key confidential and for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by the team members you add and the permissions you grant them.
Plans trials and billing
The platform is offered on subscription plans, with an optional free trial period. Paid plans renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. Optional one-time setup packages, such as done-for-you AI agent configuration, are billed once when selected. You are responsible for any taxes that apply. We may change pricing for future billing periods, and your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new pricing.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to the calls, texts, and emails you send through or because of the platform, including obtaining any consent required to contact your customers and technicians. You may not use the service to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, to infringe on others' rights, to attempt to break the platform's security, or to resell access without our permission.
Your data and content
You own the business data you enter, including your jobs, customers, technicians, and records. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that data so we can provide the service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having the right to store and use it.
Third party integrations
The platform can connect to outside services that you choose, such as messaging providers and automation tools. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or how they handle data once it leaves our platform.
AI agent
Where enabled, the AI agent can answer messages, capture details, and update jobs on your behalf. It is a tool that can make mistakes, and you remain responsible for reviewing its actions and for the communications it sends to your customers. The AI agent is provided without any guarantee of a particular result.
Intellectual property
The platform, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Tech Send Dispatch. These terms do not give you any ownership of the platform itself; you receive only the right to use it while your account is in good standing.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tech Send Dispatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Tech Send Dispatch from claims arising out of your use of the platform, the data you enter, or your violation of these terms or of any law, including laws governing how you contact your customers.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the platform or other users. When an account ends, the right to use the service stops and the associated data is removed from the live system, subject to any records we must keep by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tech Send Dispatch operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform changes. The current version always applies, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
